Lights!

On Saturday we were able to go to Garvin Gardens and see the lights. They kids had the best time, they were so excited. Their favorite thing of the night was the trains. We had to circle back so they could see the train again. It was just a great night, and we didn't even freeze :)

15 weeks

So I have hit the 15 week mark. I don't feel very pregnant anymore. The sickness is pretty much gone. I still am a little tired but with all that goes on around here that shouldn't be a surprise. Plus I don't really feel like I look pregnant yet. It will be nice to get a pregnant bump, I am guessing I will starting showing really well in the next 2-3 week?? Guess I just have to wait and see. We have been talking about names, have decided on names yet.. It is a little different to have two names picked out since we won't know if it is going to be a girl or a boy.

14 weeks tomorrow!

Ben and I were able to go to the doctor today. They weighed me. I had only gain a pound. Which didn't surprise me. I don't gain a lot the first trimester anyway. We got to hear the heartbeat and talked to the doctor for a few minutes. He said there was a strong heartbeat and everything seems to be going well.

So at the next appointment we get to do the big ultrasound. This is when we would find out if it is a boy or a girl. I have been thinking about not finding out. Ben has wanted to do this before and I just couldn't do it. Well I am really thinking we will wait.

christmas art project

So laddies and gentleman this is how I made my Christmas wreath.

First I started off with a white foam ring. I think it is about eight inches or so, I actually wish it had of been bigger, but I just used what I had on hand.



Then I put a little bit of tulle around the ring to help hold the flowers. Next time I think I might try and have more of the tulle showing.


Then I put some Christmas beads around the wreath, like so..


Then I glued on a whole bunch of flowers that I had made. Some I left plain and others I added a little extra.


Then I added some more of the red beads to fill in the empty spaces.



I then made a bow, the best I could. I just need to add a way to hang it up, I haven't decided yet how to do it.

2 rabbits

There were two rabbits, but we are down to one now. Ben sold penny :(
Penny was such a good car she will be missed, I hope the new owners like her as much as we did. We just didn't need two of the same car...
So we are left with the white rabbit, Casper.

10 1/2 weeks

Here I am about 10 1/2 weeks pregnant. I still don't look pregnant yet. I haven't gained any weight yet either. I am starting to get more hungry so that is good. I will be into my second trimester soon, so I'm hoping that will help me feel better and less tired. Time will tell...

Today, after waiting for what seemed like forever, we got to see our new little baby. It was very exciting to see they baby. And yes it made me tear up a bit. I saw the tiny little arms move. It was very great! It did help me feel a little less stressed.

I'm just hoping to get out of this first trimester and into the next and feel a little bit better.
So the details:
I'm due June 1, 2012, guessing it will end up the end of May.
I am 9 weeks 4 days. I thought I was 9 or ten weeks, so I guess I was right.
