Driveway

We have been having some problems with our driveway. The rain has just been running underneath and washing away the dirt. Fun Stuff...
Needless to say they was a pretty big whole underneath.




Hopefully it is fixed now. We had a home warranty for the house, so we didn't have to pay to have it fixed. I'm just hoping the guy did a good job. I'm still a little nervous about it.

Snake

Well we now have a snake. Its not the snake that bothers me so much..the cage that he came in is huge i don't know where we are going to put it.

Kenzie and Tristan are so excited about the snake! I'm sure Tristan will be telling everyone at school all about it.
Both of the kids wanted to hold it and see it yesterday. I think they were a little scared at first but it wore off really quickly.

Flowers!

So this is how I made my flowers. I started with a square piece of paper. It doesn't mater to much what size you use. I tried about three different sizes.


After you get your piece of paper you round the edges of the paper..


After you round the edges then you cut the paper in circles like this..

Then you start rolling up the paper starting at the end and keep rolling till you are done. You can roll it as tight or as loose as you want.


Then put a bit of hot glue on the bottom to keep it together. Sometimes I have to put a little extra glue to hold it together.


And you are done!!!

Art project!

So this is my first try at this stuff and I think it turned out pretty good. I just hope the glue holds it all together. I am not sure what to try next????
