Ben and I went to see a lawyer yesterday to see if Ben could adopt Tristan. Well it looks like we can't do much about it just yet. They lawyer even said he was a deadbeat and he has done stupid stuff but not anything big enough to take away his rights. So we are supposed to see if we can get any info about why he is in jail and move our child support case to California so that the support collects intrest. It just is really hard. Ben is Tristan's dad. I would just like it to make sure that Robert stays away from us and doesn't case any problems. And maybe he will. He has so far. I'm still crossing my fingers that he will sign over his rights one day. Maybe when the support has added up enough he will sign them over so the debt will go away.
