Snake

Well we now have a snake. Its not the snake that bothers me so much..the cage that he came in is huge i don't know where we are going to put it.

Kenzie and Tristan are so excited about the snake! I'm sure Tristan will be telling everyone at school all about it.
Both of the kids wanted to hold it and see it yesterday. I think they were a little scared at first but it wore off really quickly.

Flowers!

So this is how I made my flowers. I started with a square piece of paper. It doesn't mater to much what size you use. I tried about three different sizes.


After you get your piece of paper you round the edges of the paper..


After you round the edges then you cut the paper in circles like this..

Then you start rolling up the paper starting at the end and keep rolling till you are done. You can roll it as tight or as loose as you want.


Then put a bit of hot glue on the bottom to keep it together. Sometimes I have to put a little extra glue to hold it together.


And you are done!!!

So this is my first try at this stuff and I think it turned out pretty good. I just hope the glue holds it all together. I am not sure what to try next????

My sweet baby girl!!

well i'm 29 now

It was my birthday on the 9th of August. I am feeling really old, my twenties are almost over. BOO.
For my birthday Ben took me shopping, I'm sure he wishes we would have done something else, but he still took me anyway. I couldn't find very much, i miss shopping at Ross. But I am excited that there is a Ross coming to Little Rock in a couple of months :)

The best part was that Ben and I got to go to dinner, just the two of us. We don't get to do that ofter as I would like. I am very thankful for a wonderful friend that watched all three of my kids for me.

We went to Red lobster. I have never been to Red lobster before. I really really don't like fish. I was needing to go someplace different. I tried some crab and lobster tail, it was actually ok. I could maybe grow to like seafood, I will have to take it one bite at a time. HA HA
