THE WEEK BEFORE...

I didn't know what else to call this one. Ben parents came and we got to do a lot of fun things we went to the parade. The neatest thing about the parade was probably the cars. Ben would probably say it was the bikes. We also went to the Mayfair here in Dixon. Which was mostly just hot! We also got to go to the beach and then to San Francisco. I got sunburned this week too.. We even got to go to the Star trek movie and that was the first movie we had gone to in ages. Also last Saturday was so great and special and hopefully it put us one step closer to the Temple. We lost elder Bell and Giddens to. We will miss them they were fun to have around. So all of this happened the week before Ben had to leave. I took Ben on base to catch a flight this morning at 4:30. I have no idea what time he actually left. It is an 18 hour flight. But he left this time for real. I don't even know when to expect to hear from him. He will be back sometime in September.

stress

So there is so much going on this month. Probably in the next few weeks even. We have church stuff going on. Ben's parents are coming to see us. Also Ben is leaving for FOUR months. We don't know for sure when yet..but soon. I am trying to decided on when and if I am going to go and spend some time in Utah. I want to so much. It is just hard because it takes a good ten or eleven hours to get to Utah and I will be by myself and i have to two kids. So that is hard. I am also very scared and nervous for Ben to leave. I don't have any choice in the matter of course. I just want him to be safe as well as us. He isn't supposed to be going anywhere that is dangerous but it is still scary. So yes I am stressed.

Gary the Snail..
Well Tristan and I went hunting for Gary on Saturday. It has been raining a lot so it wasn't hard to find Gary. The reason the snails are Gary is because that is what Sponge Bob calls his pet snail. Tristan had a blast looking for them.
